HOA Accounts In Arrears

The following regulations will be immediately implemented in relation to owners who are more than three months in arrears:
  1. Access to pool, clubhouse and other facilities will be denied.
  2. The security officer will not open the barrier for you. You will need to enter through the pedestrian gate and open the barrier using the external control.
  3. You will be required to go to the security post to open the barrier for your guests and visitors.
  4. The security officers will not allow access to delivery or trades persons going to your unit. You will be required to grant access to them.
  5. The security officer will not take any instructions in relation to Airbnb guest and you, or a duly authorised person will be required to give them access.
If you live offsite, you may advise the office of the name of the authorised person so that the security can allow that individual to give access.
