What are the operating hours for the pool and gym?
The pool and gym are open 7 days a week between 6:00am and 10:00pm.
Between what time period is the clubhouse available for rent?
The clubhouse will remain open during the follwing hours; Weekdays 6pm-9pm Saturday 10am- 8pm Sunday 10am- 6pm
Is there a limit to how many guests I am allowed when renting the clubhouse?
The maximum guests allowed is 40 persons.
Do I get exclusive use of the facilities when renting the clubhouse?
Yes.
How do I qualify to rent the facility?
Rental of the facility involves 1. Complete rental agreement form and agree to terms. 2. Pay rental amount for the period. 3. Get a permit from the Police prior to the event and leave a copy of said permit at the property office The Keys will then be handed over by Management
What does the rental fee offer?
The fee covers the rental of the venue.
What is the cost to rent the clubhouse?
A refundable deposit of $5,000 is required. Renter will be required to pay the cost of cleaning and additional security if necessary.
