Garbage
Safe and regular garbage disposal is of the utmost importance to our community.
Beginning Tuesday, July 28, 2025, the committee will implement door-to-door garbage collection on a weekly basis for homeowners with paid up accounts.
Important Guidelines for Garbage Collection:
Sorting & Packaging:
Residents are required to sort and securely package their household garbage before collection.
Pickup Time:
Garbage should be made available for pickup each Tuesday by 9:00 a.m.
Packaging Recommendations:
Garbage must be secured in sturdy garbage bags weighing 50 lbs or less.
Multiple bags should be placed in covered bins to prevent spillage, pests and pillaging from animals.
On collection days, please place garbage at the front of your premises for easy access.
Additional Notes:
Residents may continue to use the skip outside of scheduled collection days at their convenience.
When using the skip, please ensure all household garbage is properly packaged to maintain community cleanliness.
Recycling
All home owners are encouraged to recycle their plastic bottles as often as possible.
